Thank you for choosing Organize Like Lindsey (the "Company") to help you create peace and order in your home.


As a professional organizing company, we value each one of our clients.  Please review the following terms before you schedule your appointment.


Your personal information will be treated confidentially.

Project Completion:

Due to a variety of factors outside of the Company's control,  projected timing to complete projects are estimates only. 


Consultations are always free.  If you decide to engage the Company after the consultation, a non-refundable $250 deposit will be due prior to scheduling your project. This deposit will be credited toward your total payment of services.

Organizing Rate:

The hourly rate will be attached with your free consultation estimate.

Payment Terms:

Final payment is due 10 days from the date of final invoice.  Payments may be made with cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

Please give 3 business days notice before cancelling.

Donations & Trash:

We are happy to haul donations that can fit into our cars.  If multiple loads are needed it will be billed hourly.  We will use your trash cans to get rid of any garbage. 


Long-term Maintenance:

If you need help resetting or updating your space in the future, we offer those services as well.  These services are billed by the then-current hourly rate.


The Company and its contracted organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to property or persons, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photo Release:

The client hereby grants the Company and its authorized representatives the right to take photographs or video of the project.  I authorize the Company to copyright, use, and publish the photos and/or videos in print and/or electronically. I grant the Company the right to broadcast, market, and distribute the photos and videos, in whole or in part, for presentation in commercial or non-commercial purposes.  I hereby release the Company and its authorized representatives from any and all claims, known or unknown, arising out of or connected with the use of the photos or videos.  The client agrees to indemnify the Company and its authorized representatives from any and all claims, known and unknown, that the content in the photos and videos may infringe on a third party.

I have read, understand and agree to the above service agreement.  By scheduling organizing services and paying my deposit, I am agreeing to all terms stated above.
